If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Athenaeum Club does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner.

All transactions will be against member house accounts. Athenaeum Club offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. All pricing on athenaeumclub.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured. Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post or other carrier or courier method depending on the location. Delivery is free within 85km of the Club for one dozen bottles or more. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items and we can discuss the product and service. If you are not fully satisfied with your product then please return the goods to us unused and in the original packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return and delivery of items being exchanged.
Athenaeum Club will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, a refund when:
The product is faulty; or
The product does not match the sample or our description; and
You can present your Athenaeum Club invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
